F.A.Q.
Q: What Do I Wear?
Please come dressed as you would on any other day. The pastor will probably be wearing jeans.
Q: What Do I Do with My Children?
We strongly encourage your children to join you in worship because they learn so much from that time. You have the opportunity to show your children the importance of worship and reverence to God. They also get the opportunity to see your love for God and not just hear you say it.
Nursery - We do offer nursery to ages under 3.
Q: What Is a Sunday Service Like?
Our goal is to draw us close to God by reading His Word, singing His Word, preaching His Word, praying His Word, and showing His Word. Every week we will sing songs to draw our attention to God and our need for Him. Then one of our pastors will preach an exegetical message from our current book series. We walk through each book verse by verse. There is a time to respond to the message. We pray the Word privately and then corporately. We illustrate the Word by participating in communion every week. We close with a final song and benediction from one of our pastors. There is no pressure to do anything. Our service is meant to be an opportunity to draw in close to Jesus!
Q: Do You Offer Small Group Bible Studies ?
We offer Community Groups on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. With our emphasis on households and families, we alternate weeks between Men and Women Community Groups. Men have a deep intentional study and accountability time while the women and children join each other for family worship. Then the next week Women have their study and men meet with the children.
